- How long will it take for me to receive the rail pass after I place my order?
- Rail Pass is issued electrically. You can receive the Rail Pass at the station on the date you requested when placing order.
- I received your pass. So, how do I use it?
- After picking up the Rail Pass, you can show your passport & Rail Pass at the station to receive your train ticket. We recommend that you make reservation for the train before you arrive at the station.
- I bought a 15 day pass. Can I use 3 days of it now and use the rest one month later?
- No. A Rail Pass is for consecutive usage only. The Rail Pass will be invalid after the end date stamped on the pass.
- My rail pass has today's end date. Can I take a train that departs before midnight but will not arrive at my destination until tomorrow morning?
- Yes. You may take a train as long as it departs before the midnight of your end date.
- I purchased a rail pass and plan to use it later in year. If the price of the rail pass goes up, can I still use the pass?
- Yes. As long as you start using it within six months of your validation date( purchase date ), you may use it without paying an additional amount even if the price goes up.
- I plan to use my rail pass for the holiday season. Is there any date such as New Year or Christmas when I can not use my pass?
- You may use your pass on any holiday throughout the year.
- I used my pass only once for a very short ride. Can I get a refund if I return the rail pass?
- No. Once you started using the rail pass, you cannot get a refund no matter how short your train ride was.
- Can I go on train without a ticket and request a ticket from the conductor by presenting my rail pass?
- No. The conductor cannot issue a ticket for your rail pass on the train. If you board the train without a ticket, you will be asked to pay an additional fare for your ride.
